City Centre Medical provides private medical services, which may include consultations, assessments, diagnostic services, and treatments. All services are provided subject to clinical suitability following an appropriate assessment by a qualified healthcare professional.

We operate robust clinical governance arrangements in line with HIS expectations, including:

Prices may change from time to time but will not affect confirmed appointments.

 

Refunds are subject to our published policies and clinical appropriateness.

 

8. Prescribing

Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate and in line with professional guidance and regulatory standards.

 

A consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.


9. Patient Responsibilities

 

Patients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete medical information

  • Disclose relevant medical history and medications

  • Follow clinical advice and aftercare instructions

  • Treat staff respectfully

Failure to do so may result in refusal or withdrawal of services.


 

10. Complaints
 

City Centre Medical operates a formal complaints procedure in line with HIS standards.

If a complaint cannot be resolved, patients have the right to escalate concerns to Healthcare Improvement Scotland.

  • There are safety or safeguarding concerns

  • Behaviour is abusive or inappropriate
